The JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Conversations for Greatness mobile application (the “CFG App”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our CFG App (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND WHO WE ARE
This privacy policy aims to give you information on how we collect and process your personal data through your use of the CFG App. The CFG App is not intended for children (anyone under the age of 18 years) and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

The JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation is the controller and is responsible for your personal data.

- Direct interactions - You may give us your Identity and Contact Data by filling in forms or corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise.
- Automated technologies or interactions - We automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns each time you visit the CFG App.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to do so. Most commonly we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
